Opportunity —
Smart City Locating connects people with apartments and they are more than just an apartment locating company. They provide a huge listing from Dallas, Houston, and Austin apartments at no cost to the consumer, and the website is updated daily with the latest in apartments, condos, townhomes, and more. I had the opportunity to team up with Smart City Locating team with the goal of helping people find the housing accommodations they need and deliver great deals on great apartments.
The Challenge —
With close to a decade of being in business and technology advancing we had to bring the SmartCity agents up to speed with everything they needed at their fingertips. Most agents spend their day on the move and interact the most with customers on mobile devices. Building an app that helps the agent get things done on the go without the hassle of jumping through hoops. Think smarter not harder approach.
Solution —
After a better understanding of the Smart City infrastructure, our clean and minimalistic approach to the mobile app gives the agents everything they could ever need out on the work field. We also used the data and testing on the mobile app to enhance the dashboard platform that every agent and the in-office employee uses on the daily. Bringing both platforms to coexist together and in unison.
